Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Heal and Glow Studio

Service Offerings

1.1 Heal and Glow Studio provides the following services:

Triple Treatment Teeth Whitening
Express Teeth Whitening
Top-Up Treatment Teeth Whitening
Hijama Wet Cupping
Dry Cupping
Individual Cupping

1.2 Clients must book appointments in advance for these services.

Results Disclaimer

2.1 Heal and Glow Studio acknowledges that individual results may vary for each person depending on various factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and pre-existing conditions.

2.2 The studio does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any of its services.

Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clients must provide accurate health information and disclose any pre-existing conditions or allergies that may impact the services provided.

3.2 Clients are responsible for following post-treatment care instructions provided by Heal and Glow Studio to optimise results and ensure safety.

Payment and Cancellation

4.1 Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as per the studio's discretion.

4.2 Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

The patient acknowledges and agrees that the Hijama Service that is provided by the therapist at (Heal & Shine Pty Ltd) Trading as Heal & Glow Studio cannot accept any personal or professional liability or expenses resulting from any illness, injury or other occurrence arising from the Hijama treatment or service other than to the extent that death or personal injury arises as a result of the service provided by the therapist which results into negligence.

Privacy

6.1 Heal and Glow Studio respects client privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6.2 Clients may be asked to provide feedback or testimonials, which may be used for marketing purposes with their permission.

Modification of Terms

7.1 Heal and Glow Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or in-person notice.

Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association].

By booking an appointment or using the services of Heal and Glow Studio, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Consultation Before Considering Hajama Services:

Prior to the Hijama treatment the patient must read the consent form and then filled out & acknowledged by signing which states that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for the Hijama treatment

Heal & Glow Studio will discuss the therapeutic benefits of the treatment within the consultation with the patient however all patients must not rely on Hijama therapy as an alternative to medical treatment and must seek medical advice from their Doctor or Health Care Specialist prior to receiving Hijama treatment.

It is the patients responsibility to discuss the suitability for Hijama therapy, with their Doctor or healthcare specialist

Important Note : Hijama therapy is not suitable for woman who are pregnant or Haemophilia Patients (Without Prejudice)

Anaemia

Anemia is a problem of not having enough healthy red blood cells or hemoglobin to carry oxygen to the body's tissues. Hemoglobin is a protein found in red cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all other organs in the body.

Note: If you have Anaemia or are Anaemic you must immediately inform Heal & Glow Studio or the therapist and must not proceed with the Hijama Treatment

Diabetes

Diabetes is a chronic condition in which a person has high glucose levels also referred to as (Blood Sugar)

The patient must at all times advise the Therapist or Heal & Glow Sudio that they have Diabetes and or are a Diabetic Patient before proceeding with the Hijama Therapy or Proceedure

Note: A Diabetic Patient should be advised that Hijama Cuts will take slightly longer to heal than usual and they should take extra care with them with regards to infection     

Haemophilia

Haemophilia is a rare bleeding disorder in which the blood dosent clot as normal therefore can lead to spontaneous bleeding following injuries or even surgery

Note: You must immediately Inform Heal & Glow Studio and the Therapist that you are a Haemophilia Patient and must at all cost refraine from seeking Hijama Therapy (Without Predudice)
