Booking Policy

Every new client must schedule an initial consultation before undergoing any treatments. Our no-show policy is enforced for all reservations, with a $50.00 fee charged for missed appointments. This first visit will encompass a detailed assessment. Should it be deemed appropriate to move forward, treatment could be carried out at the clinician's judgment. Kindly allot 30 minutes for this initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate the importance of your scheduled time and recognize that sometimes, life's events can be unpredictable. Nevertheless, we kindly request a notice period of 24 to 48 hours should you need to cancel your appointment. Without such notice, a $50 no-show fee will regrettably be applied.

Appointment Confirmation

You will receive a text message confirmation at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. To confirm, please reply to the message or contact us to rearrange your visit. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Arrival Times

Please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, and if you find yourself delayed, we kindly ask that you inform us. Should you arrive late, the clinic holds the discretion to reduce your treatment duration to maintain the schedule for subsequent appointments

Health/Medication Complications

If you have any health complications, are pregnant or are taking any medication please inform us as soon as possible, as it may interfere with treatment. If you feel any discomfort during or after treatment, please make your clinician aware immediately. Any information expressed to us will be kept private.

Payment Policy

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash. We do not accept American express or Diners Cards. All appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day as we do not offer accounts.
